Job Description

JOB TITLE: Manufacturing Planner L3 – Systems & Test
LOCATION: Oklahoma City, OK
PAY RATE: $50.50/hour

We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Job Details:

  • Job Type: Contract (6 months with potential for extension)

  • Clearance: Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance

  • Shift: 1st Shift | 9/80 Schedule | Full-time | Overtime up to 25%

Qualifying Questions:

Summary: 

  • Support the B-52J Commercial Engine Replacement Program.

  • Create, revise, and review build and installation plans for B-52J modifications.

  • Develop detailed work instructions for component, system, and assembly installation.

  • Maintain and update production and process documentation; ensure compliance with industry standards.

  • Conduct data analysis to identify discrepancies and suggest improvements.

  • Interpret engineering drawings, modifications, and related source data.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across global Boeing sites.

  • Support AS9100D quality management system compliance.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues affecting cost, performance, or schedule.

  • Guide and mentor team members; contribute to project execution.

Requirements:

  • Able to obtain a clearance post-start.

  • Associate + 3+ years’ experience, or Bachelor’s + 1+ year, or 5+ years of relevant experience.

  • 1+ year experience in aircraft wiring, structures, or systems installation and planning.

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years in aircraft modifications.

  • Experience with installation work instructions, producibility reviews, and issue troubleshooting.

  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

  • Familiarity with GOLDesp, CATIAV5, IVT, MANTIS, ADO, CMPRO, EBOM/MBOM reconciliation, and Manufacturing Readiness Assessments.
