We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Qualifying Questions:

Summary: 

  • Develop and maintain manufacturing plans, BOMs, work instructions, and illustrations

  • Define and document as-built configuration and production processes

  • Support MESci manufacturing planning rewrite and standardization efforts

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement consistent manufacturing plans

  • Develop manufacturing concepts and strategies to meet business objectives

  • Integrate suppliers, processes, materials, and technologies into manufacturing plans

  • Review and approve supplier data to ensure compliance with requirements

  • Develop and manage tooling requirements from design through end-of-life

  • Perform producibility assessments and provide input to design and manufacturing teams

  • Investigate and resolve manufacturing-related issues

  • Develop integrated work statements and production sequencing

  • Draft and update processes and procedures to meet business and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of related manufacturing or planning experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)

  • Experience developing and maintaining manufacturing plans, BOMs, and work instructions

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work under general direction in a cross-functional environment

  • Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting aerospace or defense programs

  • Experience with 3D model-based instructions

  • Familiarity with tools such as Siemens NX, CREO, CATIA, DELMIA, IVT, VisVSA, PrimeR, Aurora

  • Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES/MESci)

  • Experience reviewing and approving engineering deliverables (installation plans, tooling, etc.)
