Job Description

JOB TITLE: Manufacturing Operations Analyst 
LOCATION: San Antonio, TX
PAY RATE: $28.90/hour

Job Details:

Qualifying Questions:

Summary: 

  • Proactively identify and resolve daily constraints

  • Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams

  • Research constraint details including parts and engineering to track and resolve issues

  • Monitor future schedules to anticipate constraints; attend line-by-line review meetings to communicate status

  • Lead or attend Tier meetings

  • Use Ship Side Action Tracker (SAT) system to track constraints

  • Assist in developing and implementing site processes and procedures

  • Create and present project proposals to Senior Leadership and mechanics

  • Support mechanics with specifications and drawing (DWG) interpretation

  • Assist shop with procurement or modification of tools

  • Coach less experienced mechanics and team members on processes and skill development

  • Support closure of quality corrective actions (IQDS), including root cause investigation and solution implementation

  • Promote effective communication, emotional intelligence, and customer service mindset

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required

  • 1+ year of critical problem-solving experience, issue resolution, and procedure development

  • 1+ year experience accessing aircraft data systems and interpreting technical data

  • 1+ year experience in manufacturing maintenance or aircraft modification

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including PowerPoint and Excel data manipulation

  • Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).

Desired Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Experience with GOLD, I-GOLD, Vipers, NCM, Ship Side Action Tracker, or similar systems

  • Leadership and project management experience

  • Previous Line Side Control Center experience

  • Experience with depot-level/modification maintenance
