Qualifying Questions:

Summary:
Provide regular status updates on work packages to the Management Leadership Team
Support the development, execution, and continuous improvement of manufacturing build plans
Collaborate with production planning to ensure assembly flow is supported and materials/hardware are delivered on schedule
Promote a culture of safety and Foreign Object Debris (FOD) prevention while ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Aerospace, Manufacturing, or a related field required
3+ years of experience in aircraft manufacturing, fabrication and assembly, or similarly complex aerospace/defense products
2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite, with strong proficiency in Excel and data entry
Experience with manufacturing software systems (ERP/MES); familiarity with Microsoft Copilot is a plus
Working knowledge of at least one of the following disciplines: Structures, Avionics, or Systems
Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).

Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a positive, “can-do” attitude
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive under pressure
Familiarity with personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety practices
Proven ability to manage complex tasks using tools such as MS Project and data dashboards
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
Ability to stand for extended periods (8+ hours) and adapt to varying shift requirements
