Job Description

JOB TITLE: Manufacturing Liaison Support
LOCATION: Mesa, AZ
PAY RATE: $36-38/hour

We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Job Details:

Qualifying Questions:

Summary: 

  • Provide regular status updates on work packages to the Management Leadership Team

  • Support the development, execution, and continuous improvement of manufacturing build plans

  • Collaborate with production planning to ensure assembly flow is supported and materials/hardware are delivered on schedule

  • Promote a culture of safety and Foreign Object Debris (FOD) prevention while ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Aerospace, Manufacturing, or a related field required

  • 3+ years of experience in aircraft manufacturing, fabrication and assembly, or similarly complex aerospace/defense products

  • 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite, with strong proficiency in Excel and data entry

  • Experience with manufacturing software systems (ERP/MES); familiarity with Microsoft Copilot is a plus

  • Working knowledge of at least one of the following disciplines: Structures, Avionics, or Systems

  • Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a positive, “can-do” attitude

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive under pressure

  • Familiarity with personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety practices

  • Proven ability to manage complex tasks using tools such as MS Project and data dashboards

  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed

  • Ability to stand for extended periods (8+ hours) and adapt to varying shift requirements
