Summary:
Develop and implement manufacturing processes and procedures for assemblies and equipment installation in a collaborative environment.
Drive adoption of new technologies and processes including automation, robotics, and computer-aided manufacturing software to improve efficiency, cost, and quality.
Create and analyze 3D model-based data to optimize manufacturing processes and digital work instructions.
Utilize knowledge of materials and automated processes to define operational procedures and build sequences.
Evaluate equipment and tool performance, investigate deficiencies, and implement corrective actions to improve operational excellence.
Leverage factory and IoT data to develop statistical process control methods and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Integrate reporting and data analytics solutions to support manufacturing operations.
Provide manufacturing input to product design regarding specifications, design concepts, and manufacturing techniques.
Requirements:
Active Secret Clearance with investigation within the last 5 years or Continuous Evaluation enrollment required.
Experience working in a manufacturing environment cross-functionally with Industrial Engineering, Planning, Scheduling, Quality Assurance, and/or Production Planning.
Experience with manufacturing processes and procedures including assembly, machining, electrical systems, metallics, electrical harness fabrication/routing, systems installations, and/or final assembly operations.
Experience developing visual work instructions for manufacturing environments.
Experience with Teamcenter and CATIA.
Must be a U.S. citizen to comply with security clearance requirements.
