PAY RATE: $26/hour

We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Job Details:

Qualifying Questions:

Summary: 

  • Perform machine set-up, machining, sheet metal fabrication, tube bending, and composite lay-up

  • Assemble mechanical and electro-mechanical components, power plants, drive trains, wire harnesses, and avionics

  • Conduct soldering, organic coating applications, and basic chemical conversion and paint prep

  • Use drawings and work instructions to perform tasks on articles of limited complexity

  • Support testing by preparing fixtures and data collection devices

Requirements: 

  • High school diploma or GED with 1+ year of related experience, or equivalent education/experience

  • Manufacturing or assembly experience

  • Strong communication skills, work ethic, and a sense of urgency in completing tasks

  • Must successfully complete and clear all screening requirements before assignment

  • Ability to read and interpret detailed work instructions (written and verbal)

  • Must be able to work any shift as assigned

  • Must pass all background/screening requirements

  • Resume must be current and include verified degree (if listed)

  • Schedules may change per production needs

  • Regular and predictable attendance

  • Strong communication skills, work ethic, and urgency

  • Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).

Desired Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

  • Fabrication experience
