JOB TITLE: MRB Engineers – Multiple Openings
LOCATION: Wichita, KS & Tulsa, OK

We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Job Details:

  • Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)

  • Career Growth: Potential to obtain MRB signature authority.

  • Locations: Wichita, KS & Tulsa, OK (Relocation required – no remote option)

  • Potential for Overtime: Yes

  • Note: Candidates must be willing to relocate to Wichita or Tulsa. Remote work is not available for this role.

Qualifying Questions:

  • Do you meet the educational and experience requirements for this role?

  • Can you commute to the job location or relocate if necessary?

Summary: 

  • Perform design analysis and develop dispositions for part/assembly non-conformances

  • Assess repair scenarios for fit, form, and function in compliance with airworthiness requirements

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (design, stress, manufacturing) to ensure cost-effective and timely repair solutions

  • Provide customer-facing support and mentor junior engineers

  • Escalate and explain critical technical issues effectively

Requirements:

  • 3–5+ years of MRB/Structures Engineering experience (Boeing preferred)

  • B.S. degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Structural, or Design Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution

  • Boeing MRB signatory or prior delegation highly desired

  • Experience with Boeing commercial products or supply chain (3+ years preferred)

  • CATIA V5 proficiency for model interrogation/modification

  • Familiarity with TIPQA, MES, and composite/metallic repair methods a plus

  • Previous DOA (Design Organization Approval) experience is a bonus

  • Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
