Job Description

JOB TITLE: MH-139 Maintenance Control Representative
LOCATION: 
Cheyenne, WY
PAY RATE: $66.50/hour

We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client. 

Job Details:

Qualifying Questions:

Summary: 

  • Coordinate and oversee MH-139 aircraft maintenance, repairs, and release for flight

  • Supervise maintenance efforts during assigned shifts to meet flight schedules

  • Certify aircraft logbook entries and ensure all maintenance meets quality standards

  • Perform inspections and manage workload priorities

  • Communicate effectively and maintain documentation per operational guidelines

  • Ensure compliance with Exceptional Release and maintenance control processes

Requirements:

  • Active Secret U.S. Security Clearance (or recent within 24 months)

  • Must be available for rotating shifts and travel.

  • Bachelor’s degree + 6 years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree + 4 years of experience, or 10+ years of equivalent work experience in lieu of degree

  • 3+ years in aircraft maintenance with configuration management/release for flight

  • 5+ years in maintenance or flight operations support

  • Willingness to work days, nights, weekends, and travel as needed

  • O-level experience and strong knowledge of the Exceptional Release process

  • Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with MH-139/AW139 aircraft systems and flight operations

  • "Safe for Flight" certification

  • Military aircraft maintenance background

  • Strong understanding of AFI 21-101 and 781 Series Aircraft Forms

  • Comfortable working in varying environmental conditions (heat, cold, dust, etc.)
