JOB TITLE: Logistics Representative 3

PAY RATE: $33.25/hour

Qualifying Questions:

• Are you a U.S. citizen and able to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance?

Summary: 

• Serves as primary point of contact for parts support, order validation, and supply issue resolution.

• Analyzes delivery schedules and requirements to support mission readiness.

• Coordinates with program asset managers and suppliers to resolve shortages and discrepancies.

• Prepares and delivers reports on supply performance and metrics.

• Investigates and resolves inventory discrepancies with customer and program leadership.

• Supports shipping and receiving activities and associated documentation.

• Tracks and follows up on inbound and outbound shipments.

• Supports warehouse operations including forklift operations.

• Applies knowledge of USAF supply systems (FMxC2, ILS-S, DIFM processes) and product deficiency reporting.

Requirements:

• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required).

• Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master 4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).

• Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or inventory management.

• Experience using logistics systems, inventory databases, or supply support systems.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

• Experience supporting customer-facing or operational environments.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

• Demonstrated ownership in identifying issues and driving them to resolution.

• Ability to work with changing priorities and incomplete information.

• Preferred: Experience supporting U.S. Air Force or DoD logistics operations and familiarity with USAF supply systems (FMxC2, ILS-S, DIFM processes).
