JOB TITLE: Logistics Management Analyst - DEFENSE

Qualifying Questions:

Summary:
Execute global movement of personnel and equipment via military and commercial aircraft
Perform upload and download of passengers and cargo
Coordinate aircraft ground support functions with outside agencies
Prepare cargo (rolling stock, containers, palletized shipments) for air, surface, and vessel transport
Build and configure 463L pallet systems for airlift missions
Develop mission timelines to prevent aircraft delays
Coordinate cargo priorities with deployed leadership based on airlift capabilities
Inspect, store, prepare, and document Hazardous Materials (including ammunition) for worldwide transport
Process cargo through the Channel Airlift system utilizing multiple Air Force shipping ports
Provide cargo preparation and logistics training to unit personnel
Forecast, acquire, and maintain transportation supplies (463L pallets, cargo nets, ratchet straps, wood pallets, etc.)
Serve as Command focal point for commercial line haul coordination
Manage Government and Commercial Bills of Lading (GBL/CBL)
Reconcile transportation funding with Command Resource Managers
Requirements:
Active Secret Clearance required to start
Active flight line and warehouse environment
May require shift work, extended hours, or deployment support
Compliance with safety, security, and federal transportation regulations required
Experience building 463L single pallets and pallet trains
Experience securing cargo nets properly for airlift
Forklift certification (4K, 10K, and All-Terrain)
Experience with military aircraft on-load and off-load procedures
Experience loading and offloading commercial line haul shipments
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
Preferred Experience:
Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT) shipping certification
Ammunition handling and documentation experience
Experience working within Air Mobility Command (AMC) systems
Familiarity with Channel Airlift operations
Experience supporting deployment and sustainment operations
