JOB TITLE: Electronic Rack Assembly 
LOCATION: Ventura, CA
PAY RATE: Up to $35/hour

We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Job Details:

• Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)

• Shift: 2nd Shift (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM, Monday–Friday)

• Training: 1st Shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)

Summary: 

• Support hardware fabrication, testing, and troubleshooting in a laboratory environment.

• Responsibilities include building electronic/electrical chassis and mechanical racks using development engineering drawings, as well as performing a variety of electrical and electromechanical tests.

• Assemble, test, troubleshoot, and repair circuit card and power assemblies

• Perform electro/mechanical testing and troubleshooting

• Fabricate electronic/electrical chassis and mechanical racks

• Support general lab operations and follow safety procedures

• Communicate technical issues with customers and collaborate with vendors

• Lift up to 25 lbs and perform ladder climbing when required

• Work independently with minimal supervision

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required; AA in Electrical or Electronics Engineering preferred

• Prior hands-on experience in electrical/electronic hardware testing and fabrication

• Ability to interpret development engineering drawings

• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills for circuit cards, power assemblies, and electro/mechanical systems

• Willingness to work 2nd shift after initial training on 1st shift

• Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
