JOB TITLE: Lead Maintenance Technician & Inspector

Summary: 

• Specialize in Gulfstream, Challenger, and other general aviation jets.

• This hands-on leadership role is ideal for an experienced A&P mechanic ready to take on inspection authority and mentor others in a safety-first, TQM-driven, people-oriented environment.

• Lead and perform inspections and maintenance on general aviation jets.

• Serve as a certified Inspector under FAA Part 145 requirements.

• Mentor technicians and drive continuous improvement and quality compliance.

• Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to regulatory standards.

Requirements:

• FAA A&P license (required).

• 3–5+ years’ experience with Gulfstream, Challenger, or similar aircraft.

• Inspector-qualified under Part 145.

• Strong knowledge of FAA regulations, OEM manuals, and quality systems.

• Leadership experience with a team-focused mindset.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
