LOCATION: Wichita, KS
PAY RATE: $43/hour

We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Qualifying Questions:

Summary: 

• Use and interpret drawings, inspection manuals, specifications, and shop mathematics to perform inspections.

• Utilize precision measuring instruments, specialized inspection machines, and tools to complete assignments.

• Follow Quality Management System policies, procedures, and company specifications.

• Maintain working knowledge of production processes.

• Communicate effectively, both written and verbal.

• Use computer systems effectively; maintain required certifications.

• Perform inspections per shop procedures to accept or reject parts, processes, and assemblies.

• Verify tool qualification and prepare/maintain quality records.

• Work across equivalent or lower-level Inspector roles as required.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED 

• Minimum 5 years of aerospace airframe assembly inspection experience.

• Reliable and punctual attendance.

• Ability to obtain and maintain all required training and certifications.

• Willing to work any shift (1st, 2nd, or 3rd) and periods of heavy overtime.

• Proficient in blueprint reading, MS Office, and SAP.

• Experience writing Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs/Tags).

• Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP experience.

• Boeing 737 Airframe/Fuselage inspection experience.
