JOB TITLE: Inspector - Circuit Boards - 2nd Shift

Qualifying Questions:

Summary: 

• Visually inspect solder connections on surface mount and plated through-hole components.

• Inspect coating of printed wiring boards (PWB) for compliance with IPC standards.

• Utilize inspection instructions, engineering drawings, and reference documents.

• Record and communicate defects, interfacing effectively with manufacturing teams.

• Operate personal computers to access and document inspection data.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience inspecting solder connections and coating of PWBs to IPC-A-610 and IPC-J-STD-001 standards.

• 2–4 years: Visual inspection, IPC-A-610, IPC-J-STD-001, use of measuring devices, reading engineering drawings

• 1–2 years: Documentation skills

• Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, diagrams, parts lists, and IPC manuals.

• Detail-oriented with strong documentation and organizational skills.

• Effective verbal and written communication abilities.

• Experience using measuring tools like dial indicators, micrometers, and scales.

• Must pass a medical exam as outlined in the supplier guide.

• Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
