Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)
Shift: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM EST (OT on weekends)

Summary:
Performs visual inspection of solder and conformal coating on circuit card assemblies in accordance with IPC-A-610 and IPC-J-STD-001 standards.
Uses drawings, checklists, and measuring tools (e.g., dial indicators, micrometers, scales) to verify compliance with manufacturing and industry specifications.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
2+ years of solder/visual inspection experience, or 3+ years of circuit card assembly manufacturing/soldering experience
1+ year of conformal coating inspection experience on CCAs
Proficient in interpreting technical drawings, diagrams, parts lists, IPC standards, and work instructions
Must be able to work under a microscope
2–4 years’ experience with:
IPC-A-610
IPC-J-STD-001
Visual inspection
Measuring tools
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Team player with attention to detail and process discipline
Comfortable using a computer and navigating inspection documentation
Able to professionally address and communicate quality concerns across manufacturing teams
Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
