Job Description

Education/Experience:
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 3 years related hydraulic experience.
Position Purpose:
  • Fabricate fluid transfer lines/tubing and/or hydraulic parts to support the next assembly areas.
  • Assist other team members in methods and procedures.
  • Ensure quality standards are maintained.
Essential Functions:
  • Select proper materials for job and cut to size per engineering specifications.
  • Bend tubing on the tube benders while maintaining specified blueprint tolerances.
  • Setup and operate deburr machines to ensure proper finish.
  • Operate Supraport computer system. .
  • Build hydraulic components and subassemblies from engineering blueprints.
  • Operate identification producing equipment.
  • Identify material per the engineering specifications.
  • Setup and operate the Proceco wash tank.
  • Make repairs per the discrepant material tags.
  • Manufacture flex hoses.
 
Additional Functions:
  • Maintain a neat and orderly work area.
  • Support company FOD program.
  • Comply with company safety regulations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
 
Other Requirements:
  • Solumina Qualified with Q-Stamp provisions
  • Employee must attend and become proficient in the following software programs: or (proficient in all software related programs required to perform job functions) Catia V5, Smarteam, Solumina training
  • Employee must obtain and become Q-stamp qualified within 6 months of signing acceptance letter. (Basic math and reading skills set forth by quality requirements).
  • Requires being on your feet for most of the day..
  • Ability to operate hand and power tools..
