JOB TITLE: HR Generalist
LOCATION: Dallas, TX
PAY RATE: $30/hour

We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Job Details:

Summary: 

  • Partner with business leaders to understand objectives and resolve HR-related issues.

  • Serve as an HR liaison for succession planning, talent management, employee relations, labor relations, compensation, benefits, EEO, and training and development.

  • Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, labor agreements, employment laws, and workforce planning.

  • Analyze employee data, market data, and recruiting metrics to support strategic HR decisions.

  • Collaborate with HR teams to design and improve processes that attract, retain, and motivate employees.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of HR experience.

  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, labor relations, and HR best practices.

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
