Job Description

JOB TITLE: Fabrication Specialist - Composites

LOCATION: West Jordan, UT

PAY RATE: $22.00 per hour

Details: 

  • 12-month contract with opportunities for extension

  • This is a 4X10 work schedule, Monday through Thursday 4:45am to 3:15pm.

  • Medical, Dental, Vision, STD, and LTD through Cigna after working 30 days on contract 
  • As a Tier One supplier – We have priority!

  • 1,000’s of openings nationwide

  • Potential for bonuses

Summary: 

  • Performs composite lay-up, fabrication and assembly tasks

  • Composite bagging and forming

  • Composite drilling and bonding

  • Tooling preparation

  • Machine set up and operation

  • Overhead crane operation

Required Skills:

  • Education/experience typically acquired through basic education (e.g. high school diploma/GED).

  • Composite layup and vacuum bagging is always a huge plus for us as well as machining or machine operator experience.

  • Crane operation experience is also a plus.

  • Reminder that this position at this site will not use welders so those candidates may not be interested this work.

  • Successful completion of training is a contingency for this assignment – OJT or formal classroom training. Contractors will need to complete training before starting their regular schedule.
