Job Description

JOB TITLE: FPGA Design Engineer
LOCATION: Orlando, FL
PAY RATE: $98.94/hour

Job Details:

Qualifying Questions:

Summary: 

  • Develop, and verify FPGA and ASIC solutions.

  • Cover the full development cycle—from high-level architecture through synthesis, place & route, and timing/power analysis.

  • Support circuit card design, write design specs, and troubleshoot FPGA issues in a production environment.

  • Design and verify FPGA/ASIC architectures and logic

  • Perform simulation, synthesis, and timing/power optimization

  • Support circuit card trade studies and documentation

  • Debug FPGA-related issues in production environments

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical Engineering or related field

  • Active Secret Clearance is preferred.

  • Ability to obtain Interim Secret is required.

  • Active Interim is required to start.

  • 8+ years (BS) or 6+ years (MS) of FPGA design experience

  • Strong HDL experience (VHDL, Verilog, SystemVerilog)

  • Hardware-software integration and validation expertise

  • Proficiency with FPGA toolsets

  • Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
