JOB TITLE: F-16 Master Planner - DEFENSE 
LOCATION: Fort Worth, TX
PAY RATE: $100-150/hour

We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Summary: 

  • Provide planning and scheduling support across the Aeronautics Line of Business programs

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of the Program Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)

  • Support proposal schedule development, Sustainment planning, and Statement of Work (SOW) and Basis of Estimate (BOE) development

  • Advise Program Management of contractual impacts, critical events, and factors affecting cost or delivery

  • Ensure communication and cross-coordination with Integrated Product Teams (IPTs)

  • Apply Critical Path Methodology (CPM) in schedule network development and analysis

  • Develop and refine Earned Value Management (EVM) knowledge and application

  • Collaborate across engineering, procurement, contracts, business management, and production organizations

  • Prepare status reports, metrics, and presentations as required

  • Demonstrate strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

  • Perform additional planning and scheduling responsibilities as assigned

Requirements:

  • Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance

  • Experience using Deltek Open Plan

  • Critical Path Scheduling methodology experience

  • Program Master Scheduling experience

  • Aerospace/Aviation experience (preferred)

  • Demonstrated hands-on Program Planning and Scheduling experience

  • Self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).

  • Microsoft Project experience

  • Milestones Professional experience

  • Proposal planning expertise

  • Demonstrated Earned Value Management System (EVMS) experience

  • Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) development and maintenance experience

  • Previous Aeronautics experience

  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills; ability to lead meetings and reviews

  • Ability to interpret schedule requirements and document them effectively

  • Understanding of Earned Value principles to ensure executable proposals

  • Flexibility to support multiple assignments and collaborate with planners, schedulers, and internal stakeholders
