Summary:
Provide planning and scheduling support across the Aeronautics Line of Business programs
Assist in the development and maintenance of the Program Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
Support proposal schedule development, Sustainment planning, and Statement of Work (SOW) and Basis of Estimate (BOE) development
Advise Program Management of contractual impacts, critical events, and factors affecting cost or delivery
Ensure communication and cross-coordination with Integrated Product Teams (IPTs)
Apply Critical Path Methodology (CPM) in schedule network development and analysis
Develop and refine Earned Value Management (EVM) knowledge and application
Collaborate across engineering, procurement, contracts, business management, and production organizations
Prepare status reports, metrics, and presentations as required
Demonstrate strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Perform additional planning and scheduling responsibilities as assigned
Requirements:
Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance
Experience using Deltek Open Plan
Critical Path Scheduling methodology experience
Program Master Scheduling experience
Aerospace/Aviation experience (preferred)
Demonstrated hands-on Program Planning and Scheduling experience
Self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).

Previous Aeronautics experience

Ability to interpret schedule requirements and document them effectively
Understanding of Earned Value principles to ensure executable proposals
Flexibility to support multiple assignments and collaborate with planners, schedulers, and internal stakeholders
