JOB TITLE: F-16 Avionics Technician

Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)
Shift Requirements: Must be willing to work any shift (Mon–Thu 1st or 2nd, Thu–Sun weekend); assignments given post-training, with new hires likely on 2nd or weekend shift.

Summary:
Install electrical harnesses, perform system and subsystem operational checks, conduct post-modification testing, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and avionics systems on F-16 aircraft.
Some APG work may be required in conjunction with avionics, including terminating and wire repair.
Perform system and subsystem operational checks and testing.
Conduct post-modification and troubleshooting tests on avionics systems.
Route, terminate, and repair electrical harnesses; perform continuity checks.
Support APG work as needed in conjunction with avionics tasks.
Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams on the flightline or production floor.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
Hands-on flightline or production avionics experience.
Avionics experience on F-16 Fighting Falcon or other fighter/attack aircraft.
Strong troubleshooting and electrical system knowledge.
Flexible and able to work cross-functionally with other teams.
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
Preferred Skills:
Fighter aircraft experience (F-16, F-18, F-22, F-35).
4–6 years of relevant avionics testing and fighter experience.
