JOB TITLE: Entry-Level Composite Tech - 2nd Shift
LOCATION: Dallas, TX
PAY RATE: $20/hour

Qualifying Questions:
Summary:
Bond composite, laminate, and metal materials for assemblies, parts, and structures
Fabricate sub-assembly parts for pre-fit or lay-up in final assembly
Measure, mix, and apply adhesives, epoxies, and acids
Operate equipment to control heat/pressure during bonding per engineering specs
Use pneumatic sanding tools (e.g., palm sanders, right-angle die grinders)
Perform vacuum bagging on parts with complex angles and contours
Lay out, mark, and cut composite or metallic materials to tight tolerances
Work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of hands-on bonding experience
Ability and willingness to wear a respirator during work (fit test required)
Must be able to work 2nd shift hours
Participation in FAA Drug Abatement program required
Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
