Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)
Clearance: Secret Clearance required to start
Shift: Weekend Shift, Full-Time (Thursday – Sunday)
Hours: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Summary:
Support the production of complex multi-function modules used in high-reliability applications across all phases of the product lifecycle
Work on complex technical problems and develop innovative and effective solutions
Act independently to identify and resolve issues associated with operational product implementation
Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams, including hardware, systems, and circuit design engineers, as well as technical and manufacturing support personnel
Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information
Requirements:
Secret Clearance required to start
Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering preferred, or a BS degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math (STEM) discipline with a minimum of 5+ years of relevant professional engineering experience
Contractor will train on first shift for 6 weeks before transitioning to the weekend shift.
First Shift (Training): Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Weekend Shift: Thursday–Sunday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Ability to read engineering drawings – 1–2 years
Ability to work in a production environment – 1–2 years
Electrical testing – 1–2 years
Failure analysis – 1–2 years
Experience troubleshooting designs and resolving integration issues in a production or manufacturing environment
Hands-on hardware experience
Experience using RF/microwave test equipment and microwave simulation tools
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
Desired Skills:
Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related technical field
Significant experience in the defense electronics industry
Expertise with RF subsystems and hardware, including antennas, transmitters, receivers, microwave components, LNAs, HPAs, advanced electronic modules, amplifiers, mixers, switches, frequency generation circuits, and frequency conversion circuits
Experience with microelectronics assembly techniques
Expertise with technical documentation such as specifications, schematic drawings, and test data
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience interfacing with customers, including delivering technical presentations
Prior RF design experience
Ability to lead failure investigations related to production or technical issues
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment, especially with manufacturing and industrial engineering teams
