JOB TITLE: Embedded S/W Engineer
LOCATION: Grand Prairie, TX
PAY RATE: $113.22/hour

Qualifying Questions:

• Are you a U.S. citizen and able to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance?

Summary: 

• Performs analysis of requirements for embedded software systems.

• Develops architecture and design for embedded software.

• Performs implementation and integration of embedded software.

• Supports flight testing of missile subsystem.

• Develops embedded software in C++ programming language.

• Works with Embedded Linux operating systems for software deployment.

• Deploys, debugs, and integrates embedded software on hardware.

• Interprets program needs and formulates technical solutions.

• Performs software integration and verification activities.

• Uses GitLab for version control and collaboration.

Requirements:

• Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).

• Active Secret Clearance with most recent investigation in the last 5 years.

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.

• Proficient in C++ programming language.

• Knowledge and experience with Embedded Linux operating systems.

• Experience deploying, debugging, and integrating embedded software on hardware.

• Ability to interpret program needs and formulate technical solutions.

• Preferred: Experience as a software engineer working with multi-disciplined teams.

• Preferred: Experience with GitLab for version control.

• Preferred: Software integration and verification experience.
