JOB TITLE: Electronics RF Test Technician – 2nd Shift

Summary:
Perform testing, troubleshooting, and calibration of electronic assemblies and units, ensuring compliance with procedures, standards, and specifications.
Support production and engineering teams in evaluating and improving products.
Set up and conduct tests on electronic assemblies per established methods and specifications.
Assemble and adjust units for production electronic equipment.
Calibrate and correct malfunctions by making adjustments or replacing components.
Use hand tools, power tools, and testing devices such as Digital Multimeters, Oscilloscopes, Network Analyzers, Frequency Standards, Signal Generators, and RF Power Meters.
Analyze test results, suggest modifications, and assist engineers in developing test procedures.
Troubleshoot to the component level using schematic diagrams on analog, digital, and RF circuits.
Ensure product quality by following statistical process controls or other quality procedures.
Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance actions using Microsoft Suite and data collection programs.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in electronic assembly and component-level troubleshooting of solid-state, digital, and RF circuits
Experience with RF testing, radar systems, flying probe testing, and high-power test environments
Skilled in using test equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, network analyzers, signal generators, and RF power meters
Proficient in interpreting schematics to diagnose analog and digital circuit failures
Familiar with Microsoft Office and data entry tools for documenting maintenance and test results
Technical training equivalent to an Associate Degree or demonstrated relevant skills
Must pass a medical exam per supplier guidelines
Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR)
Must be able to read and write English
