JOB TITLE: Electronics Test Technician
LOCATION: Chelmsford, MA
PAY RATE: Up to $27/hour

Summary: 

• Ideal for individuals with a strong interest in electronics and a hands-on approach, this role involves testing and assembling advanced electronic systems in a high-tech production environment.

• Perform electrical and RF testing on systems, subassemblies, and circuit boards using both manual and automated test equipment.

• Follow detailed work instructions and test procedures to ensure product compliance and quality.

• Operate various measuring instruments and electronic testing equipment.

• Accurately document test results and maintain detailed records in digital test databases.

• Assist with basic troubleshooting and retesting of electronic assemblies.

• Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to support continuous improvement and meet delivery goals.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Must be eligible for a DoD Secret Clearance; active clearance preferred.

• Experience with electronics, electrical systems, or microelectronics is preferred.

• Understanding of ESD procedures and safe handling of sensitive components.

• Basic computer literacy (for timekeeping, documentation, work instruction access).

• Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

• Dependable, punctual, and eager to grow in a team-oriented environment.

• Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
