Job Description

JOB TITLE:  Electronics Test Specialist - 2nd Shift
LOCATION: Clearwater, FL
PAY RATE: Up to $28/hour

Qualifying Questions:

Summary: 

  • Conducts functional and performance testing of electronic units.

  • Troubleshoots circuit-level failures using schematics and diagnostic tools.

  • Supports calibration and alignment of RF, analog, and digital systems.

  • Uses test equipment such as oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, network analyzers, signal generators, RF power meters, and frequency standards.

  • Documents maintenance actions using Microsoft Suite and other data systems.

  • Works collaboratively with engineering to improve test processes and product performance.

  • Ensures compliance with quality assurance standards.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent, plus additional technical training equivalent to a technical Associate degree.

  • Demonstrated ability to perform technical and para-engineering tasks with 1 year of related experience.

  • Minimum 1 year of direct experience in electronics testing.

  • Proficient in component-level troubleshooting of solid-state, digital, and RF circuits.

  • Skilled in using Microsoft Office and electronic documentation systems.

  • Experience with flying probe and high-power testing.

  • Experience with RF testing.

  • Familiarity with radar systems.

  • Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
