JOB TITLE: Electronics Test Specialist - 2nd Shift
LOCATION: Clearwater, FL

Contract Length: 12 months (with potential extension)

Qualifying Questions:

Summary:
Conducts functional and performance testing of electronic units.
Troubleshoots circuit-level failures using schematics and diagnostic tools.
Supports calibration and alignment of RF, analog, and digital systems.
Uses test equipment such as oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, network analyzers, signal generators, RF power meters, and frequency standards.
Documents maintenance actions using Microsoft Suite and other data systems.
Works collaboratively with engineering to improve test processes and product performance.
Ensures compliance with quality assurance standards.
Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent, plus additional technical training equivalent to a technical Associate degree.
Demonstrated ability to perform technical and para-engineering tasks with 1 year of related experience.
Minimum 1 year of direct experience in electronics testing.
Proficient in component-level troubleshooting of solid-state, digital, and RF circuits.
Skilled in using Microsoft Office and electronic documentation systems.
Experience with flying probe and high-power testing.
Experience with RF testing.
Familiarity with radar systems.
Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
