Summary:
Performs a variety of assembly tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive operations on electronic and/or mechanical assemblies and subassemblies (e.g., racks, modules, boards, panels, drawers, frames, cables).
Working from diagrams, drawings, and layouts
Using hand/power tools, jigs, and saws
Conducting continuity checks on in-process and completed work
Performing quality inspections in accordance with specifications
Disassembling, modifying, reworking, reassembling, and testing experimental or prototype assemblies under simulated conditions
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum 1 year of experience with rack assembly
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
