Summary: 

• Leads Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) in product development, producibility studies, and production/tooling strategies.

• Oversees the conceptualization and implementation of program architecture for build.

• Advises senior leadership on long-range planning and develops high-level manufacturing plans aligned with program requirements.

• Conducts producibility and variation analyses at the Large Scale Systems Integration (LSSI) level and resolves complex technical challenges.

• Leads proposal development and authors new engineering principles and advanced technologies.

• Develops innovative design solutions and identifies new product or business opportunities.

• Consults on lean manufacturing principles for enterprise-wide initiatives.

• Documents and communicates best practices, identifies training needs, and establishes procedures, standards, and reporting protocols.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with 14+ years of experience,

• OR Master’s degree with 12+ years of experience,

• OR PhD with 9+ years of experience

• Degree must be in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or chemistry from an accredited program

• Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
