JOB TITLE: Electrical Solder Assembler – 2nd Shift
LOCATION: Clearwater, FL
PAY RATE: Up to $25/hour

• Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)

Qualifying Questions:

Summary: 

• Assemble electrical components/systems per schematics and blueprints

• Perform precision soldering tasks to connect components (IPC 610/J-STD certified preferred)

• Use power tools, hand tools, ohmmeters, and calipers to fabricate and test parts

• Troubleshoot and adjust assembly issues as needed

• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment

• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED

• Must have experience using soldering equipment.

• IPC 610/JSTD experience

• Proven mechanical aptitude with experience in electrical assembly

• Proficient in schematic and blueprint reading

• Hands-on experience with soldering tools, ohmmeters, calipers, and SMT (preferred)

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Computer proficiency required

• Must be able to read/write English

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
