JOB TITLE: Electrical Integration Engineer – Electrical Wiring (Hybrid) 

LOCATION: Tustin, CA

PAY RATE: Up to $85.00 per hour

Summary: 

• Maintain vehicle electrical configurations in the electrical library using Catia 3DX.

• Develop and maintain electrical schematics and wire diagrams.

• Select wire sizes for current capacity and voltage drop.

• Choose components such as connectors, terminal blocks, and junction modules.

• Create process specifications and engineering standards.

• Conduct trade studies and design reviews for program leadership.

Required Skills:

• Aerospace experience is mandatory.

• B.S. in Aerospace, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent) with 3+ years of experience.

• Proficiency in electrical database/library management.

• Expertise in electrical schematics and load analysis.

• Knowledge of circuit protection devices and aircraft wiring/components (e.g., connectors, backshells, conduits, relays, switches).

Desired Skills:

• Experience with Catia V5 and Catia 3DX.

• Familiarity with wire harness manufacturing processes.

• Design and shop floor experience.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Visio.

• Experience with flight test instrumentation sensors.
