JOB TITLE: Electrical Install Assembler - $5,000 Relocation Bonus
LOCATION: North Charleston, SC
PAY RATE: $25-31/hour

Job Details:
Contract Length: 12 months (with potential extension)
Bonus: $5,000 paid to those over 80 miles from the site on first paycheck (bonus must be returned in full if candidate leaves before 6 months for any reason)

Summary:
Performs routine production assembly operations on aircraft structural and mechanical assemblies, subassemblies, and systems using manual tools.
Regular and predictable attendance is required.
Route wire harnesses per blueprints and specifications (787 Program)
Build and terminate connectors, splice and crimp wires
Install connectors to receptacles and electronic components
Perform rework and repairs per engineering instructions
Conduct fiber optic cleaning, inspection, light loss testing, and installation
Execute bond and ground operations (CRNs, jumpers, ground studs, resistance testing)
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required
Typically 1+ years of relevant experience or equivalent education/training (e.g., vocational school, Associate’s)
6+ months of experience with:
Reading and interpreting blueprints and technical work instructions (in English)
Using hand, power, and pneumatic tools in a manufacturing or mechanical environment
Working with structural part fabrication and assembly processes
Software applications including Microsoft Suite, email, and internet navigation
Must pass all background and screening checks
8–10 weeks of onboarding/training
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and perform physical tasks (bending, climbing, kneeling, crawling, etc.)
Ability to work with high hazard chemicals
Must be able to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift depending on business needs
Dress code: teamwear provided on-site
This is a non-managerial, non-leadership role
Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
