JOB TITLE: Electrical/Electronic Fabrication Technician - $5,000 Relocation Bonus

PAY RATE: $29-38/hour
We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.
Job Details:
Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)
Bonus: $5,000 paid to those over 80 miles from the site on first paycheck (bonus must be returned in full if candidate leaves before 6 months for any reason)
Shift: Variable (1st, 2nd, or 3rd; based on business need)

Summary:
Performs complex production assembly operations on structural parts, mechanical assemblies, subassemblies, and aircraft systems using manual and automated tools.
Responsibilities include functional testing of aircraft electrical systems, system troubleshooting, and fault repair.
Documents test and analysis data, identifies and escalates production constraints, and supports team development through cross-training and mentoring.
Maintains strict adherence to safety standards and regulatory compliance.
Requirements:
High School diploma/GED required; additional education or equivalent work experience preferred
7+ years of experience in aerospace, fabrication, or manufacturing.
7+ years of electrical assembly and avionics troubleshooting experience.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and relevant software applications.
Skilled in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
1+ years of experience following detailed work instructions in English.
Ability to work variable shifts (1st, 2nd, or 3rd).
Functional testing and troubleshooting of aircraft electrical systems.
Documentation of compliance data and resolution of production issues.
Cross-functional collaboration and mentoring.
Strong safety and regulatory compliance practices.
Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift, climb, bend, kneel, crouch, and work in confined spaces.
Ability to meet all physical demands of aircraft production work.
