Qualifying Questions:

• Are you a U.S. citizen and able to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance?

• Do you meet the educational and experience requirements for this role?

Summary: 

• Resolves complex issues on critical programs related to architectural approaches, requirements, specifications, and design.

• Leads technical aspects of proposal preparation including make or buy recommendations and technical services.

• Identifies critical performance measures and develops processes for computing them.

• Coordinates engineering support throughout the product lifecycle.

• Develops new concepts for future product designs to meet projected requirements.

• Recommends and manages technology insertion for critical programs.

• Leads activities in support of Supplier Management with make or buy recommendations.

• Performs verification planning and self-checking, constrained-random verification.

• Performs debugging and coverage closure for verification activities.

• Applies strong SystemVerilog and UVM experience for verification engineering.

Requirements:

• Active Secret Security Clearance required to start.

• Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).

• Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 14 or more years' related work experience (e.g. PhD+9 years' related work experience, Master+12 years' related work experience). In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.

• 7 or more years of verification experience (5+ years acceptable if UVM experience is solid).

• 2+ years of UVM experience (or 5+ years with solid UVM experience).

• Strong SystemVerilog and UVM experience.

• Experience with self-checking and constrained-random verification.

• Experience with verification planning for complex designs.

• Experience with debugging and coverage closure for verification.

• Active U.S. security clearance.

• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.

• Ability to produce high-quality technical documentation and take ownership of deliverables.
