JOB TITLE: Quality Control Analysis - DEFENSE
LOCATION: White Sands Missile Range, NM
PAY RATE: $48.56/hour

We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Qualifying Questions:

• Do you meet the educational and experience requirements for this role?

• Can you commute to the job location or relocate if necessary?

Summary: 

• Develop and implement testing and inspection procedures

• Test raw materials, chemicals, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and government regulations

• Audit testing results to verify product specifications are met

• Advise operating units on quality control standards for raw materials, chemicals, packaging, and finished products

• Recommend corrective actions and support continuous improvement efforts

• Develop and maintain plant quality control manuals

Requirements:

• Ability to obtain a security clearance

• Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year college or university

• 3–5 years of Quality Control experience

• Experience working within ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 quality systems

• Hands-on military experience with ordnance and explosives (rockets and missiles)

• Steel-toe safety shoes required

• Quality Assurance / Quality Control experience (2–4 years)

• Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) (1–2 years)

• Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
