Job Description

JOB TITLE: Systems Engineering Support Analyst 3 - General 
LOCATION: Oklahoma City, OK
PAY RATE: Up to $67.31/hour

We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Job Details:

  • Job Type: Contract (6 months with potential for extension)

  • Clearance: Active secret clearance required

Qualifying Questions:

Summary: 

  • Support multiple platforms: AWACS (US, Saudi, NATO), AEWC (Australia, Turkey, UK, Korea), B-1, B-2, B-52, and ALCM weapon systems

  • Work on AWACS SEIT, supporting international airborne command and control platforms

  • Develop and execute tests to verify functional requirements

  • Operate airborne mission systems equipment in the integration lab

  • Apply systems engineering processes, methodologies, and tools for system integration

  • Create test procedures, document results, and ensure integration requirements are met

  • Perform data analysis to validate compliance with requirements

  • Support integration project management through process documentation, tools, and metrics

  • Collaborate with hardware and software engineers to troubleshoot integration issues

Requirements:

  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance (required by the U.S. Government)

  • Typically requires an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g., Master’s with relevant experience).

  • Advanced level: Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of related experience, Master’s with 3+ years, PhD, or 9+ years of directly related work experience.

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).

  • AWACS/E-7 operator, ground-based operator, or systems tester

  • Experience performing military systems verification testing

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Link-16/BLOS/DLO Operator, MAJIC/Planner classes, or JICO patch

  • ES/EW Operator or completion of Electronic Warfare College

  • Airborne Radio or Communications Technician experience

  • Former AWACS operator strongly preferred
