JOB TITLE: MH-139 General Maintenance Technician - DEFENSE
LOCATION: Maxwell AFB, AL
PAY RATE: $33-42/hour

Job Details:
Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week
Shift: 1st Shift: 07:00–15:30 (Mon–Fri)
Shift: 2nd Shift: 15:00–01:00 (Mon–Thu)
OT: Limited
Clearance: Secret required to start

Summary:
Maintain and track GSE (AGE) equipment, with focus on MH-139 systems
Assist in flightline operations, including weapons repair, functional tests, and inspections
Support team needs by becoming qualified in additional flightline operations
Adapt to unique equipment requirements and help maintain flight schedules
Requirements:
Secret clearance required to start
High School Diploma or GED
4+ years of aviation maintenance experience
Military background preferred
Ability to work effectively in small teams
Candidates must be available for all shifts as schedules may change based on program needs
Some weekend shifts may be required for comp time
Ability to climb, stand for long periods, and lift up to 40 lbs unassisted
Comfortable working around hazardous products (aircraft oil, lubricants, solvents)
Training provided onsite
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
