JOB TITLE: Inventory Tooling Calibration Coordinator
LOCATION: 
Malmstrom AFB, MT
PAY RATE: $34/hour

We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Job Details:

  • Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)

  • Clearance Required: Secret

  • Schedule: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Summary: 

  • Supports manufacturing and maintenance operations by managing procurement, inventory, and tool services.

  • Coordinates with support organizations to resolve issues, ensures compliance with specifications, and provides cost-effective solutions.

  • Participates in supplier evaluation, budget planning, and inventory management, including redistribution and removal of obsolete items.

  • Works under limited supervision.

  • Assess manufacturing and maintenance requirements; verify and respond to customer requests

  • Investigate changes in requirements; recommend solutions and support emergent requests

  • Analyze, procure, and oversee procurement of non-production materials, tools, and shop supplies

  • Review inventory usage; coordinate redistribution and removal of obsolete items

  • Ensure compliance with industry specs, engineering definitions, and maintenance processes

  • Support budget development for tool services products and maintenance resources

  • Prepare reports to meet organizational and contractual requirements

  • Communicate effectively with suppliers, analysts, and internal/external stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Active Secret Clearance 

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • 3+ years of experience managing test assets and/or calibrated equipment

  • 3+ years of experience with Foreign Object Debris (FOD) risk

  • Experience using computer-based inventory management systems

  • Willingness to work variable shifts (days, nights, weekends, holidays)

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Air Force Logistics Supply Systems, DoD inventory management procedures, and regulations

  • Experience with GFE/GFP and government inventory audits

  • Proficiency in GOLD/GOLDesp Inventory Management System

  • Flight line maintenance experience; familiarity with Ground Operating Procedures (GOPs) manual and DCMA 8210.1C

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage complex issues

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office for digital inventory, tool checkout, inspection, and data entry
