We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Summary: 

  • Independently assemble, disassemble, and repair aircraft assemblies and components using standard aerospace maintenance practices and specifications.

  • Remove and replace components for repair, replacement, or testing to maintain product serviceability.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve routine and complex mechanical or electrical issues during operation, maintenance, and overhaul activities.

  • Coordinate assembly, disassembly, and overhaul operations to ensure accuracy and completeness.

  • Perform functional and diagnostic testing using monitoring instruments, bench equipment, and automated test systems.

  • Conduct validation and verification testing to ensure system and component serviceability.

  • Utilize established fault isolation procedures to identify and correct mechanical or electrical failures.

  • Document repairs, modifications, inspection results, and test outcomes in accordance with established processes and regulatory requirements.

  • Identify discrepancies in parts or procedures and assist engineering teams in resolving technical issues.

  • Inspect components prior to installation to verify cleanliness, serviceability, and compliance.

  • Perform aircraft modifications and ensure thoroughness and accuracy of modification work.

Requirements:

  • Secret Clearance Required

  • High School Diploma or GED required.

  • Typically 4+ years of related aircraft maintenance experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience (vocational training, associate degree, etc.).

  • Experience with V-22 aircraft maintenance and/or modification.

  • Ability to travel up to 30%, including short-notice travel to domestic locations and military bases (CONUS and Hawaii).

  • Knowledge of general aircraft maintenance practices, including FOD control, tool control, and safety procedures.

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License.

  • Quality Assurance experience.

  • Depot-level modification experience on aircraft systems.
