PAY RATE: $26-34.20/hour

Qualifying Questions:

Summary:
Administer and manage subcontracts from RFP to closeout.
Monitor and ensure subcontractor cost, schedule, and performance compliance.
Implement supplier corrective actions and “return to green” initiatives as needed.
Prepare and deliver status reports to senior and executive leadership.
Partner with Compliance to support audits and ensure regulatory adherence.
Requirements:
Secret clearance required to start
Experience in Government procurements/subcontract acquisitions.
Strong understanding of global supply chain operations and complex Government procurement processes.
Proven ability to analyze data and develop negotiation positions based on multiple data sources.
In-depth knowledge of cost/price analysis, FAR, and DFAR.
Experience evaluating proposals, Statements of Work, and leading negotiations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated leadership in team and project management; strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Highly organized and capable of working in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
Familiarity with DoD contract types and SAP systems.
Experience establishing and managing supplier relationships and performance.
Working knowledge of labor contracts and SOF contracts.
Background in both competitive and non-competitive pricing agreements.
Experience leading complex negotiations and Subcontract Management Teams (SMTs).
Ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership, suppliers, and external partners.
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
