Summary: 

• Plan, conduct, and coordinate software development activities while ensuring compliance with established software standards.

• Design, develop, document, test, and debug software that provides logical and mathematical solutions to business or mission-related problems.

• Apply appropriate standards, processes, procedures, and tools throughout the software development life cycle.

• Utilize knowledge of computer hardware, software, and information processing techniques to develop efficient, user-driven solutions.

• Identify and correct program errors to maintain software quality and performance.

• Prepare operating instructions and compile thorough documentation for developed software.

• Analyze system capabilities to address questions of program intent, output requirements, input data acquisition, programming techniques, and controls.

Requirements:

• Must be eligible for a Secret clearance

• Excellent communication and documentation skills

• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle APEX Interactive Reports

• Minimum 2+ years of experience applying Oracle software development best practices and optimization

• Proficiency with Agile software methodologies and tools

• Experience with Oracle Enterprise Edition RDBMS 19c, including PL/SQL development (packages, stored procedures, triggers, functions, and indexes)

• Experience with JavaScript

• Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
