JOB TITLE: Methods Process Analyst 3 
LOCATION: Berkeley, MO
PAY RATE: $58.33/hour

We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Summary: 

  • Apply manufacturing standards to new work instructions and production processes.

  • Develop and maintain tooling and production precedence networks to support scheduling decisions.

  • Create and maintain engineering and shop performance metrics.

  • Integrate modular tooling into production planning.

  • Analyze current and future business needs to develop forecast, acquisition, and resource utilization plans.

  • Develop and maintain complex factory system definitions for manufacturing planning.

  • Estimate labor hours for new or revised production and tooling work packages using labor standards and engineering drawings.

  • Monitor production performance and analyze variances.

  • Support development of integrated production and tooling master schedules (crew cycling, learning curves, shift analysis, tooling capacity).

  • Identify and implement process improvements to maximize equipment and personnel efficiency.

  • Analyze unplanned events and assess impacts to cost, schedule, resources, and delivery.

  • Develop and obtain approvals for plan modifications.

  • Participate in negotiations related to production and tooling schedules and scope of work.

  • Develop and maintain integrated shop operating plans to meet cost and schedule commitments.

  • Analyze data to support shop performance metrics and recommend corrective actions.

Requirements:

  • Ability to obtain a security clearance

  • 6+ years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g., Master’s + 4 years, or 10+ years experience).

  • Experience in manufacturing planning, production planning, or tooling operations.

  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.

  • Ability to develop schedules, labor estimates, and resource plans.

  • Experience working with engineering drawings, production documentation, and tooling plans.

  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

  • Eligible to obtain a security clearance.

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
