JOB TITLE: Test & Evaluation Lab Tech 1 - Electrical/Electronic Equipment

PAY RATE: Up to $28.91/hour

We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Qualifying Questions:

Summary: 

• Participate in test design and perform routine procurement, fabrication, and assembly of components, test fixtures, and systems.

• Support system integration, modification, pre-test setup, checkout, and post-test tear-down.

• Conduct routine tests, analyze data, and document results.

• Troubleshoot basic lab and test-related issues.

• Work under close supervision with training and mentorship provided.

• Build electronic test equipment for multiple programs.

• Interpret engineering drawings, select tools and materials, and fabricate per specifications.

Requirements:

• AA degree in a related discipline is a plus but not required.

• Experience with electronic schematics and/or drawings

• Proficiency with crimping, soldering, and using a multimeter

• Basic electrical and mechanical knowledge/experience

• Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
