JOB TITLE: Avionics Installer II - Night Shift

PAY RATE: $28.75/hour

Summary: 

• Assist in the installation, modification, and fabrication of wiring, electrical components, and equipment per engineering drawings and worksheets

• Maintain accurate logs and records

• Complete tasks within assigned timeframes

• Ensure work meets regulatory and customer standards

• Inspect own work to ensure defect-free assembly before final inspection

• Follow all company safety protocols, including FOD, tool control, and 5S programs

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Properly maintain and care for shop tools and equipment

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., YIAW, Kaizen events)

• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Either:

  • Two (2) years of accredited schooling in aviation electronics

  • Or two (2) years of related work experience

  • Or an avionics certificate from an accredited school and one (1) year of related work experience

• Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints and schematic diagrams

• Knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements and customer specifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Basic computer and software proficiency

• Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
