JOB TITLE: RS Senior Avionics Installer
LOCATION: Savannah, GA
PAY RATE: $32.18/hour

Qualifying Questions:

Summary: 

• Provide work direction to technicians, ensuring tasks are completed on time.

• Fabricate, install, terminate, and test avionics/electrical systems.

• Coordinate with other departments to meet aircraft delivery schedules.

• Train team members and contribute to skill development.

• Assist Engineering with troubleshooting and repairs.

• Maintain accurate logs and records.

• Ensure all work meets regulatory and customer requirements.

• Enforce safety, FOD, tool control, and 5S programs.

• Inspect work, including that of team members, for quality and compliance.

• Maintain shop tools and equipment.

• Coordinate shift changes in the absence of the team leader.

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

• Assist and fill in for the team coordinator as needed.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of policies, inspection procedures, and process specifications.

• Ability to adapt quickly to new tasks with minimal impact on schedules.

• Strong communication and leadership skills.

• Basic computer proficiency.
