JOB TITLE: Systems Engineer 3 – Architecting Requirements & Interfaces

PAY RATE: $71.50/hour

Summary: 

• Support cross-functional engineering teams to develop systems that meet program and delivery requirements, including customer review preparation

• Assist in implementing MBSE methodologies as part of digital engineering strategies

• Perform systems engineering activities including:

  • Requirements decomposition and management

  • System architecture development

  • Environmental and systems analysis

  • Specification development

  • Trade studies and program planning

  • Interface management

  • Risk assessment and mitigation

  • Certification, verification, and validation planning

  • Integration and test strategy development

• Capture systems engineering artifacts within MBSE models when appropriate

• Support collaborative, interdisciplinary engineering approaches to design, develop, and verify complex system solutions

Requirements:

• Ability to Obtain Secret Clearance 

• Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science

• 5+ years of relevant engineering experience for Level 3 candidates (or 3+ years with a Master’s degree or PhD)

• Experience with MBSE tools including Cameo, MSOSA, and/or SysML

• Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
