JOB TITLE: Software Engineer
LOCATION: Moorestown, NJ
PAY RATE: $75/hour

We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

• Job Type: Contract (Up to 10 months with potential for extension)

Summary: 

• Develop high-performance C++ software for the Radar Modeling & Simulation group

• Support radar modeling, scene modeling, signal construction, signal processing, and radar control systems within simulation and digital twin environments

• Apply systems engineering principles to deliver scalable, high-fidelity radar simulation solutions

• Support integration across a system-of-systems architecture

• Collaborate with technical leads, software/system architects, and engineering teams

• Provide mentorship and technical direction to other engineers as needed

Requirements:

• Active Secret Clearance or higher 

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Physics, or related STEM field

• 6–9 years of professional engineering experience, including technical leadership or mentorship

• Strong proficiency in C++ or other object-oriented languages (Java, C#, etc.)

• Experience with Agile methodologies (sprint planning, release planning, Scrum)

• Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong technical documentation experience

• Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
