JOB TITLE: Master Planner
LOCATION: Greenville, SC
PAY RATE: $22.50-130/hour

We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Job Details:

Qualifying Questions:

Summary: 

  • Assist in developing and maintaining components of the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), including proposal schedules

  • Support Statement of Work (SOW) and Basis of Estimate (BOE) development

  • Analyze schedule performance and advise Program Management on risks, impacts, and critical events

  • Apply Critical Path Methodology (CPM) in schedule development and analysis

  • Ensure communication and coordination across Integrated Product Teams (IPTs)

  • Support Earned Value Management (EVM) processes and reporting

  • Collaborate with engineering, procurement, contracts, business management, and production teams

  • Prepare status reports, metrics, and presentations as required

  • Support schedule control processes, audits, and project management integration

  • Provide risk and opportunity analysis inputs

  • Perform cradle-to-grave schedule development from SOW through project completion

Requirements:

  • Active Secret Clearance required

  • Experience with Critical Path Methodology (CPM)

  • Proficiency with Deltek Open Plan (primary scheduling tool)

  • Experience with Microsoft Project and Milestones Professional

  • Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) processes and techniques

  • Experience creating and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), including proposal schedules

  • Experience building schedules from inception (SOW) through completion

  • Experience supporting risk and opportunity analysis

  • Experience with schedule control processes, audits, and project integration

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a team environment

  • Self-starter with hands-on program planning and scheduling experience

  • Must be a U.S. citizen to comply with security clearance requirements.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience working independently with technical teams and developing product understanding

  • Experience with capture, R&D, and production scheduling, including cross-functional dependencies

  • Additional experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)
