Job Details:
Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)
Clearance: Full Secret clearance required at time of submittal
Shift: Contractor will work First Shift (Monday–Thursday) from 6:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Summary:
Support the manufacturing of complex multi-function RF/microwave modules used in high-reliability applications
Analyze and troubleshoot circuits for advanced electronic modules, including amplifiers, mixers, switches, frequency generation, and frequency conversion circuits
Provide technical support to manufacturing operations, resolving assembly and test issues
Collaborate with hardware, systems, and circuit design engineers, as well as technicians and manufacturing support personnel
Requirements:
Full Secret clearance required at time of submittal
Bachelor's Degree in RF or Microwave Engineering
1+ years of experience in RF/Microwave Engineering
1+ years of experience testing, tuning, and troubleshooting microwave circuits
Proficiency with RF/microwave test equipment, including network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and phase noise analyzers
Ability to review and interpret technical documentation such as specifications, schematics, and test data
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
Desired Skills:
Professional experience in aerospace or defense industries
Experience in a manufacturing environment
Demonstrated academic achievement in RF/Microwave Engineering
Familiarity with RF/microwave circuit simulation or 3D electromagnetic simulation tools
Experience troubleshooting designs and resolving integration issues
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-based environment
