Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)
Clearance: U.S. Citizen with ability to obtain DoD Secret Clearance; Interim Secret required to start.

Summary:
Maintain authoritative configuration baselines and manage product revision control.
Design and support documentation-traceability workflows for engineering and manufacturing teams.
Review, track, and categorize engineering changes against approved customer baselines.
Analyze Technical Data Packages and communicate configuration impacts to stakeholders.
Ensure CM and Document Management (DM) processes comply with contract, regulatory, and internal requirements.
Lead change-management activities from concept through product sustainment.
Contribute to special projects and cross-site initiatives to enhance T3 fidelity.
Produce clear, concise documentation for mission-critical work.
Mentor junior analysts and share best practices.
Requirements:
U.S. Citizen with ability to obtain DoD Secret Clearance; Interim Secret required to start.
Associate’s degree + 10+ years of CM-related experience (or equivalent).
Experience applying CM policies, procedures, and tools.
Ability to interpret Bills of Materials (BOMs) and drawings.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple assignments.
Effective written and verbal communication skills; collaborative team player.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree + 6+ years of professional experience.
CM certifications.
Experience with PLM systems, ERP, SharePoint, Windchill, JIRA, Confluence.
Familiarity with electronics manufacturing/design.
Experience in defense, aerospace, military, or logistics environments.
Knowledge of Configuration Management Principles (SAE EIA-649).
